If you know so much about printhead changes why did you strip the screw out to start with? Furthermore, why did you need advise from us common folk on how to remove the said screw?

I doubt a head strike on SAV caused all the nozzle problems you are having. I would guess you just need a new service station.
A single strike on SAV will not cause you to need a new head.
I can't find your exact error but 016 errors are usually motherboard/ memory issues.
The first 1204's had a problem with 016 CPU errors randomly occouring during printing, updating the firmware solved these issues. What firmware version are you at?
Start with cleaning the linear encoder reader and strip.

Prinheads also make a high pitch pulsing noise as the crystals fire. Similar to what a TV sounds like when the sound is turned off. Also, for some reason older people can't hear it but younger ones can?
