    I would truly, check the alignment of the media. It is supposed to be tight at the back as it feeds into the machine. The media needs to have the same tension on the left as it does on the right side. Check out the end caps of the media rollers ( where it fits into the cardboard core...are they...

    I use a grommet press. 3/8 inch inner diameter. This is for 4 mil coro. It punches the hole as the grommet is placed. Very little distortion. Cheers! Ken

    Check the device manager to see if there is an issue there. Other than the plotter, is there another printer already installed? May be a conflict there. Delete that if it is not being used. Cheers! Ken
