    Well, I did check out the envelope tool..but it really wasn't giving me what I wanted. In your sample..you see the vertical lines of each character are distorted. No. I'm wanting to squish the text so that each end of the text is tall and smaller in the middle. Thanks for your reply. Cheers! Ken

    I own a versacamm..In my situation, i would use cleaning fluid in the docking station ( where the heads sit), park the heads and let them sit in that until ink arrives. Good luck... Ken
