    brand new or used? If it's new, id be battling them to fix it as that is not acceptable. If it's used, there could be some damage on the bed? Hopefully someone can get you the tolerances, that print quality is not acceptable.

    Firstly, Windows 11 isn't released yet for any real answers. Secondly, Windows 10 end of life isn't until 2025. But, as far as i've seen. Most software that works on Win10 will work on Win11.

    Thrive X21.1 5950X 16c/32t | 32gb ram + SSDs. Layout tool is useless. Also can't put fotoba marks on it. so now i really have no use for it. (haven't really tried) Onyx nests out jobs pretty well automatically so i do it that way in the RIP queue.

    I believe if you have an Xrite i1 pro, you can measure the wavelength from the lights in your shop.

    It'll only cure if the LED lights produce the right wavelength. The colorado has a LED array shining light at the heads when doing maintenance. We also run LED lights in our print room. not a single issue.

    don't know how much of an issue it'll be on such a small flatbed, but we run one on ours Oce Arizona 2500x3000mm. makes a difference with dust getting stuck to the heads and stock.

    Onyx version is good - not to old. Pc seems ok - either 4 or 6 core. probably enough ram with 8gb or more. Have you tried to leave it there and see if it reappears? What does the consol say on onyx when it happens? (bottom right)

    I would go to CBC Bearings. Take the belt in and they'll have a look at it and try find the right replacement. Alternatively, find another belt company. there's a few.

    Wow, What a sh!tstorm of a post. My 2c - OP didn't do his research properly and has to eat his own bullet. The Roland VersaUV LEJ-640FT is a VERY slow printer. And after reading it all. where did he lose 750k? the printer was ~100k where's the other 650k?
