    yes, 257 profiles wont look good on 258 inks. Inklimit at 400 is fine. create icc profile with 944 patches and see how you go.

    UV printers are not really used for vinyl wrapping. As the ink sticks to the surface rather than bonds into the vinyl like solvents. Although you can laminate them, the ink still may peel off the edges with the laminate.

    Are you saying the flatbed isn't printing the size it's suppose to print? I've never heard of a flatbed printing "not square" that would skew the images & probably see weird banding. Have you tested it by printing a ruler and using a measuring tape or a 1m ruler and seeing if it lines up?
