That material is generally called label stock, I've never seen it for large format solvent printers, I know you can print on it on the Gerber Edge. They are most likley screen printed usually

We never pay for vinyl charts, they hand them out like crazy at trade shows and such. rowmark charges $65 for their colour charts, but we usually bring up how much $ we've spent on rowmark over the years and they send it for free.
