Agree - I do this all the time. Open a new file in Illustrator. 'Place' the pdf file then go to Object -> Flatten Transparency ->push Raster up to 100% and tick the 'Convert all text to outlines'
Agree with studio 440. Oracal 631 is best for this scenario. We produce lots of cut graphics for clients walls who all want them to remove easily. Never gonna happen that easily and we always ensure they know that this is the best vinyl for the least damage but the final outcome depends on...
I used my CE-6000 for print cut jobs but couldn't really trust it on anything too intricate over 1 metre. Even straight cut jobs on coloured vinyl I had to hold my breathe on jobs longer than 2 metres.

I'm wondering what your material of choice for printing removable laptop skins is.
I have a HP360 and am thinking of using the Avery Ultra Removable 400.
Spoken to my vinyl supplier and they recommended Aslan DFP45 or Orajet 3954. The Aslan, while more expensive doesn't require laminate so they would probably even up in price, and it has a 3 year outdoor life where the Orajet is 1 year. Theres a good link on You Tube showing the Aslan being...

I've been given a job to wrap one side (outside) of an indoor concrete heated swimming pool with a mural image. The current surface has a bit of peeling paint. I've advised the owner (swim school) that the wall needs to be sanded down and repainted in an enamel gloss so it is a smooth-ish...
Cheapest wallpaper I use is the HP Prepasted PVC Free paper. Not sure the price in US but its pretty cheap here in NZ. However, that wall size! Not sure you would make any money.
