Who are you getting yours from?

I have ran several brands of reflective through my L26500 without any issues. Arlon, Oracal, KAPCO, they have all worked fine.

I was quoted $18,995 from my dealer.

The HP video I watched said that it can print faster using the same amount of power as a L260, or the same speed using a lot less power. Not sure how all that translates, but it looked the ink optimizer helps that a lot.

You'll definitely at least want the ~6" wide roller tool. A Rolle Pro would take forever! Heating it is just a slow process.

I don't get the "overpriced ink" remark. I pay less for a 775ml HP ink cartridge than I did for a 440ml Roland cartridge. I haven't had any issues with my HP latex printers that weren't attributed to user error. The new M series does look nice, but at 3 times the cost of the HP, it better. :Big...

I use Clean Cut Blades in my Summa too and they work great.

Haha, I forgot about the maintenance. I am so used to not having to do really any routine cleanings, that it is just normal now.

I would not go without having my HP latex printers. I might add another type of solvent print, but I would always at least one. I would beg to differ on the electricity consumption. My bill has changed maybe $300 for the YEAR! AND, I printing at least twice as much as I did when I had my Roland...

You will definitely notice a difference in light colors, like skin tone. I was comparing test prints from the S30 and S70 and I could definitely tell a difference. I would also suggest the 7 color setup.
