I have a L360 and a new S70. The quality of the S70 is amazing!! You'd be hard pressed to find something that would beat it on quality. But, you have to have your profiles setup right too or you won't be impressed.
I see how you misunderstood my post. My Epson has (2) plugins. I have (2) different backups and plug one plug from the Epson into each one (each UPS has one cord going into it). The backup units are NOT plugged into each other. I even have them on different outlets so they are on different breakers.
I use them on my Epson S70. I have 2 of them and plug 1 plugin to each one. I got the Cyberpower brand from B&H Photo. They were $350 each. They work great and have been very beneficial as I've blown a breaker more than once. Plus I know I'm getting a constistant flow of power to the printer...
Hey Dan.
Did you get my PM about the S70? I too highly recommend one of them too. I am loving mine as an add on to my L360.
For the banding, have you talked with tech support? I had some issues with mine and they sent a tech out as there were some problems with the magenta inks. They replaced...
The SummaCut is a good cutter, but it doesn't even come close to comparing to the S Class. WELL worth the extra money!! I HIGHLY recommend the S Class T Series if you can pull it off!! If you are going to be doing a lot of cutting, it will pay for itself in no time!
I couldn't tell you how many...
I would be interested to know the settings. Whenever I have tried to print on chrome, it has always turned it a dull silver form the heat. When I tried turning the heat down, the ink just ran. I haven't had luck, but it others have, I would say it can be done. Just need the right settings.
That sucks that you're having so many issues. Glad I went with a new Epson S70 as its been working great. Hopefully Roland takes care of you! You're one of the most die hard Roland users I know.
I have some interior signs a customer of mine is trying to duplicate. It is a darker, cherry colored woodgrain. My first thought was 3M DiNoc. I did find one in there that is very close, but trying not to have to use material that expensive. I know what was done before was NOT DiNoc. It does...
The Pano Walk-N-Wall film might work. I know Fellers has it. I have it covering my entry way. Even in the winter here in MN, I don't notice that it is slippery at all.
I just brought in an Epson S70 about 2 months ago. So far it has been great! It is technically the S70670, but it has had all of the new updates done to it before it shipped. So internally, it is the same as the new S70675. I know there were a lot of changes with the heads, media feed system and...
Does anyone on here do routing or cutting of plexi or lexan? I have (8) pieces that I need to have cut out that are 8.5" by 9.5" with an arched top. The pieces I need to duplicate are just under 1/8" thick.
Thanks.
Matt
