You can Spectratone it, just set your colors at 95% instead of 100% and the reflective quality will still come through. I do this all the time with chevrons for the back of police cars.

I'm surprised. I've actually worked with Indy for a few projects and they've always helped me out. In fact, they hunted down materials they don't normally use on my last order to make sure I could do what my client needed. Though to be honest, I've never sent them contour cut jobs.

If the connections are all good, then it's gotta be something in the software. Did you try what Sign Works said? Sorry, I can't really help. I don't know Flexi or Production Manager. And it really doesn't sound like a hardware problem.

Have you checked the cord? No problems with it? Attached correctly and secure? Does the output display on the Edge show an error at all? Or just nothing? If it's showing nothing, I would think something is wrong with the connection. Are you able to plot the cutfile for that to your plotter?

Are you using a serial port or do you have a USB adapter? Are you sure the connection is good? I'm not familiar with Flexi because I use Omega Composer, so do you have a program that shows if the information is being sent? With Composer, it opens GSPlot which, when I send to the Edge, opens...

The design aka layout aka logo is what is copyrighted. From what you're saying, someone can take another person's design/layout/logo and copy it/print it legally as long as they don't use the original file. And that's bull.
