Yeah, their probably full of (you know what). When they shop for anything else tax is added on after the fact.

I doubt those deflections are from fibers or dry ink. More than likely they are damage from head strikes. That's why you better start saving for a new head. It's about a grand for a tech to replace and align a new head.
On the small text it's all those deflected nozzels on your black head. Too many head strikes. Some of them may come back with a heavy cleaning or over time. Better start saving for a new one.

I don't think I have seen a profile below 180%. On a 4 color machine you have the potential to print 400% (100% of each color). A 6 color machine 600%. Typical profiles are between 180% - 280%. Alot of people use C60 M60 Y60 K100 for good dark black and that's 280%.

Print a large chunk of black (52" x 52" or bigger), cut it in half. Laminate one right out of the machine and let the other set 24 hours before laminating. Try installing both pieces and let us know how each piece reacts.
