We had two of these printers. With a lot of media you have to advance it out of the machine before it starts printing and even hold tension on the edges until it gets going.

Are you getting head strikes or does the carriage just stop moving?

Yes we use Phototex but it costs 3x the HP wallpaper. Likewise we use a lot of Avery 2611 with matt laminate. We'll just have to keep running the HP wallpaper on the latex.

I have one customer who buys a fair bit of HP PVC Free wallpaper from us. We want to shift our wall coverings to the Epson S60600 now but the HP paper won't print in it.

Does the ink cure with heat?

Might be a problem file. Try deleting - or copying to another folder if you don't want to lose them - from the onyx/work folder.

One that can print the same colour twice would be nice.
