If you have art saved as all welded vector in a pdf format you should be good. At my end I would change your black to 0-0-0 rgb black for output to film if that was how I were making your screen. For simple one color line art work on coro most of the time I just cut the file in reverse on black...

Once you get used to a utility knife (which uses the same blade as a wall mount) you'll wonder why you used anything different for foamcore. The big purple safety ruler is pricey but worth every penny. I have a nice olfa or two, good for some things but not everything.

Glass adhere, reg phototex or static. Easy removal. Easy apply. All three will do what you want with a white or off white backside to prevent heat build up. I would lean toward phototex myself. Had a sample of glass adhere when it first came out. Was not impressed enough to buy any. Static is...
