I would be willing to guess that warped ACM was from improper storage of the panels and most likely using the cheapest one out there which usually equates to thinner aluminum and less rigidity. Store them flat, not on edge. As for adhesion, you can get ACM panels that are processed with digitial...
I would jump on it sooner than later as it is much easier to change a motherboard when you can still pull the parameters off of it. If you wait till it's completely dead, then you just bought a whole lot more work.
What does the fill stroke editor say when you select the lines? It should show no fill and a stroke of CutContour as a spot color to be recognized in VersaWorks. When you open it, are the spot colors getting converted to CMYK?
How does the tape cause the wrinkles? Do they appear as soon as you fold the hem or after it's been hemmed for a while? After it's been rolled up for storage or travel? Do you pre-fold the hem before taping it?

It looks more like a Microsoft issue than a Gerber issue. Can you print out of other programs?
Also, I don't think Gerber supports version 2.6 anymore.

I'm not sure why you're using a Mimaki software to create reg marks for your Q100 plotter which isn't made by Mimaki. It would be most efficient if you just upgrade your Flexi and then you'd have drivers for your Q100 included and could do your print/cut workflow all from Flexi. Or does your...
If the wrinkles are coming from one side, then you could have a pressure problem, but if you're new to laminating, I would suspect operator error here. Make sure that you have the roll centered and that you're loading the media and laminate straight and that neither of the materials are...
You're also fighting the contrast level. The ARM sensor is designed and calibrated to read marks of black on white, not black on gold. You can try to re-calibrate it to the gold, but I doubt you'll be able to get the necessary contrast. You might have to put a piece of white vinyl over the...
I'm not exactly sure, but it's stainless steel about an inch wide, and long enough to reach through the rollers from where the hook attaches and the area where the hook attaches is reinforced. In the end, it really doesn't matter too much, you just need something with a minimal amount of grip...
That's a Royal Sovereign tool. check with your local RS distributor.

It's a fish scale with a L bracket on the bottom so it can be held firmly against the pull and a thin stainless strap attached to the pulling point on the hook.
Hire a tech to do it and watch him do it. Decide afterwards if you want to tackle it next time. Everybody has a different comfort level with doing this kind of stuff. Many techs don't mind sharing this way. (At least I don't)
