Go with a vector image of the bridge and dress it up from there with the colors they want. We do lot of murals and we always push the vector route and sell it as ''one of a kind''. It a great upsell if you're a good designer.
Does anybody have the service manual for the envision 375 and/or edge II? I'm mostly looking for the envision 375, but both would be appreciated.
Thanks.
I've tried the technique in this video a few time and it saved lot of time. It took 2-3 attempt to understand how to adjust heat, vinyl and technique, but it work great.

Good Idea, I will try this option.
Good to know. By the way, is there any service manual out there for this machine? It would help alot.
Thanks again for your help.
Hi Phil,
My material is Mactac frosted vinyl. I'm using illustrator for my design and winplot (in the illustrator plugin) when I just do cut vinyl. If I do print & cut, I'm using Caldera.
When I use the print & cut feature, I don't have any problems. But If I cut a 48in X 120in rectangle of a 54in roll, I ended up with a 48in X around 119,5in. So I'm 1/2in short.
What is wrong and how do I fix this? Thanks.
The one I stock is for 4X4 and I never use it other than that size. I don't know if my supplier have other sizes. As for life expectancy, I have post out there for about 5 years now without any problems (and we get to real winter here).
Since my envision cutter is dead, I want to use my summa cutter for my edge printing job. The problem is when I send the job to the cutter, it read the marks and then nothing like if the job was done. I'm new to the omega software and I'm sure I've forgot something stupid. Can anybody could help...
In my case, I've finally went with 2 stainless zip tie + 19ga stainless steel wire. I know, it's overkill but the customer wanted to be 100% safe. If it were just me, I would go with the 2 stainless zip tie.
So I've contacted the dealer here in canada and without seen the machine they told me it was 2 parts to replace.
EN VISION KEYPAD 3G PLOTTER= 882.52$
PCA-FAS-3 CONTROL ENVISION= 3917.82$
Does anyone encounter this? At that price, I'm better to find another cutter.
