I am on my third CET flatbed printer - and I started with serial number 001 of the original FK series.
None of mine have had major downtime issues caused by internal wackiness in the printer or controller that I didn't somehow cause myself.
My current CET is a 16-head CMYK 4x8in the Q500 series...
Hello,
Anyone got a good source for wholesale car flags for small quantities for Boy Scout Troops?
Can be 1 or 2 color screen or dye sub or possibly direct fabric print. Will need the poles as well.
Thanks
Ever have one of those days when you know the font, but can't come up with it?
Thats today...
Just need the "Total Car Care Since 1972" font.
Thanks in advance...
You have to set the ground rules before starting any project like design work on what is a reasonable timeframe for completion, charges for changes and rush charges for altering the timetable. Its merely a question of who is in charge of YOUR time.
If your humidity is low and you won't buy a humidifier - then you are pretty much done.
There is no magic way to increase the humidity in a room without the addition of H2O to the air.
30% is way too low for UV printing. We stay around 55% year round with a small direct plumbed humidification...
Direct print to 2-sided smooth banner material.
The blockout layer keeps it laying flat very nicely.
Try a different UV printer if color from first one sucked - could be a wealth of issues that caused that, though.
This is raw data I compiled back in 2008 to make exactly what you are referring to.
Can't send you that brochure - but you can take this info and make your own.
Make sure to either give credit for what someone else has written or re-write the info yourself in your own words.

Hello all.
Have a customer requesting something called a museum panel that is 1/4" frosted acrylic mounted to 1/4" white PVC. They use these to display hardware items at trade shows and don't want to see mounting hardware from behind.
Anyway, anyone ever heard of these and what adhesive would...
Try using microfiber cloths that you would use to wash a car with instead of paper towels. We actually use a Quickie floor sweeper with a microfiber pad and it makes quick work of wiping a board. When dirty - you just pull of cover and wash and reapply.
Coro on flatbed
I print a ton of Coro and Inteplast brand - both opaque and standard.
I print with a CET 500Q with their 60 series inks and have not had any issues with ink adhesion or splitting.
I wipe down each sheet with 91% alcohol from Walmart and carry on.
There will be about 50 guys in Cincinnati who can help you.
Just do a Google search for wide format printing or something like that.
or search for signs and graphics
We do these all the time on a wide variety of corrugated.
Let's see... first he needs to determine what his final product material would be - better to print and fold on what you will ultimately be using rather than something else just for prototyping.
Most guys have a 48"x96" flatbed - that...
Suppose I come from the world where you design with design software then send files to whatever RIP/Cutting software you choose.
Just offering another way...
Does anyone have any experience or know who can convert a traditional drop side table throw into a fitted one?
Customer - of course - changed their mind after production, but there is plenty of material there if someone knows how to cut and sew it back together correctly.
Thanks
