Thats exactly what our clients think!! You overnight something for them...they expect it the next day. They dont really care of the excuse UPS or fedex gives us...and we are the ones who hear it on the phone or via email and all we can do is Apologize.
I have a policy now that once it leaves...
I dont think its Ignorance of the policies for UPS and FedEx Mark. When a package is LEFT in a Sorting Center for no apparently good reason, and the client is telling you to go screw off....because I of course had something to do with the ups employee leaving a tube laying against a pole...
I think our QS is awesome....runs really well. Cant get pure light smoothing out of it though due to the tracking band issue with heavy coverage on inks. Looking at newer EFI machine that came out recently....only reason why Im considering it is due to the fact I know EFI support and what they...
How good TRULY is the LX 850?? IS it really that reliable from the start or like any other printer that has its own quirks you need to deal with? Im just not convinced I guess with the latex myself. I personally dont know HP or any techs. Unlike EFI...Im on first name basis with techs and...
Thats the exact statement I got from UPS....its their fine print. As for poor planning, not really...it was as Rush job to begin with and we expected UPS to simply do the job they were expected to do.
On the phone with them now about a package....8ft long banner...that shipped on the 27th and arrived the 29th. According to their terms and conditions...packages that require an oversize surcharge are NOT eligible for service delay refunds. So, after speaking to 2 managers, the rate was...
Depends on what you are looking to weld. If its seams, a Leister or Miller weldmaster are the way to go. Simply depends on your needs....if you want to hem a lot of banners quickly either a good sewing machine or one of the sit behind welders from Miller would do the trick. We have a 20 ft...
There is also Sericol ink out for Roland. Ive had excellent results and even better customer service from them. Strongly recommend based on their service and attention to my company needs.
Well...it really depends on your requirements. Do you want UV...Solvent....hybrid...true flatbed or roll to roll?? Weve got a 3360 SC and a 3360 EC im selling actually....both are True solid workhorses. Coupled that with my QS 2000 hybrid and we have a lot of capabilites in house...
I was at ISA and looked at the Seal 62in model...nice pc of equipment. I have a local Seal dealer here as well in Diversified displays....reliable group of people there. I was thinking of the AGL 64 I....I dont think it was at the show. The GBC looked like a SMALL step above the RS that I...
The install does look like A@@. While everyone is talking about the install area of this...what about the print end? Are there acceptable limits to banding and jet dropout on this kind of work..?? SURE. Like Pro and Typestries said...its Commodity work. We HATE..and I do mea I hate things...
Thats a tough one....Id almost say go with a matte 10oz vinyl at that point. You should be able to still get that in 80 wide. Otherwise Monadnock (sp?) had blue back and other papers....but not sure about width. Thinking 64 was typically max.
Ive given up on trying to use 8509 Lam. I had a feeling that was part of the issue with a past job I did for someone. Using Oraguard 210 on the IJ35C and going very well with it now.
