Yep! If I happened to catch something like that- I would send back to customer and ask that the designer correct before print...or pay you to do it.

Also try printing type 2 or type 1 crop marks- my FC7000 I had was funny like that. It liked Type 1 better

A common cause of this - is not enough material on the edges behind or in front of the crop marks- the vinyl sensors are becoming exposed during the reading. also make sure they are well within your pinch rollers.

I would try and create more of a bleed for the black border- so the contour cut is thru the middle of it- rather on the razors edge next to the blank white material? These small samples were Black printed on Yellow Vinyl - done in Flexi. You may be able to see my contour line in the screenshot...

Yes-I believe they are. The Kyocera PN should be the same for the Edge LE, and Edge 2. If you have the FTP- Edge 1- first generation, it still may be the same.

check your user manual-- there is a setting about where the unit takes commands from for conditions- the software or the plotter. this MAY help :)
