In Flexi, Try using the Underbase effect- and assign that color as the chrome or siver medal under the shape---Should be under: Effects - Underbase- select choke or bleed, and with or without holes. You can do Solid or Variable --

Perf cutting should either be in the condition setting,and line assignment should be in cutting master software. move blade to the front position so ots over the u shaped groove and doesnt harm your cutting strip. blade depth and pressure will also have to be adjusted by testing

one thing you can try... After adding your plotter in Production manager ( after sending to Cutter) Right click your plotter in the Production manager- click Setup Properties - click the plug and check your COM port settings. write down, and make sure they match the COM (serial) port settings...

Fleixi is most likely sending command for force to your plotter. - sometimes it sends the wrong force. I would uncheck the boxes in Flexi that send force and speed data on the setup screen. Also- the plotter may have a menu to ignore commands for settings from computer ( my graphtec did).

What Fred said. I wipe the vinyl to be printed with a dry micro fiber towel. Also I have found that if i clean the round rubber platen with a dry cloth- getting tiny specks off it improves quality. A spec of material -etc on the platen has created what i thought to be issues.

rather than change orientation in the software, has he tried changing the angle thru the plotter menu? I believe it looks like an angle symbol in the menu setup.

When in Offline mode, you can press setup: and keep pressing the setup until you see print minutes.
