Good Grief, enough with the hand painting. Though in some cases it does have its place. This is not one of them, you really need to stop suggesting that for every application.

The wall was painted with a "LOW VOC" paint. You have to literally... literally SCRUB it with alch. like 5 times over and over. Even then you might have some failure. But it will help build adhesion.

The only logical thing besides inexperience that could cause wrinkles would be you're not installing evenly.
You might be installing too far up on 1 side, leaving the other sidle to buckle. Install as even as possible all the way up, then down.. or visa versa, doesn't matter.

If it's popping you're not prepping/installing correctly. Most of the time you're not using enough heat or the right tools.

Oracal has fairly high tac, you can do it, but it wont last long, and you can't warranty anything. We stay away from these type...
