It looks like its only happening on the feed off end and in even intervals. Maybe the material needs more support on that end.

Because its an image, you have to create the cut. Something like this, I would leave a little white along the edge, because with the fading, you won't be able to get an exact cut without at least some white showing.

The only thing I can suggest it setup your file with one of each style and then use the Repeat option to create duplicates.
