    I have galvanized pan tops on mine. 15 years and still going. Magnetic sticks well to it, clamps work fine, never had to replace because of knife cuts. X-acto blades are cheap. Cutting mats are not.

    You simply aren't responsible for termite damage. Even if you applied chemical when installed to the soil it wouldn't last past 30-60 days any more. Back in the late 70's early 80's the chemicals had more serious half-life applications. . PT lumber is a little more resistant but a metal end cap...

    I would imagine you can order them pre-cut and yes, pay a premium but, if it is a substantial order why not purchase a cutting solution for your future projects that require it. My panel saw when I first opened was one of the smartest investments I made.

    Ulano rlx emulsion. You can make stencils from black vinyl in reverse and expose in sunlight. You will need a matte black background to reduce light bleed from behind. cloth works fine. Here in summer I get an exposure of about 90 seconds, but do a step wedge test to find your own number.

    Couple hours (2)with the 3000 psi pressure washer and then remove glue. Either the paint makes it or it doesn't.

    Try some rapid remover. A little late for this trick but before I go on long trips or when it is love bug season I spray the fronts of my vehicles with pam cooking spray. After that the bugs wash off with a hose.

    Happening in all trades. Getting a color chip set of stucco finishes the other day was like pulling teeth.

    Easy, if it is going to be permanent, wallpaper. If not, phototex removes clean and easy. While I am perfectly capable of hanging and finishing sheetrock, it's not my favorite thing to do. While I am sure there are decent wall vinyls to use my experience has been shrinkage, damage, or non-adherence.
