ok, I've been working on this one a little more, and wanted to see what you thought. still going for that clean retro feel.

the logo on the door doesnt work with the rest of the design. try to design it so it doesnt just stop at the front door.

the problem with using some type of pictograph icon is that he is "Heating, Air & Appliance Repair" and there is no good way to incorporate them in to a coherent, and really.. how many wrench icons have you seen?

the "dotted lines are a stroked drop shadow. I believe they work well with the retro look I am going for. the wings ARE just thrown on there as I didnt want to take the time to create my own wings until I was sure that the art nouveau emblem feel was what I wanted in the end. I obviously can't...

i have tried a couple of screen video capture programs, neither of them worked very well, which made me afraid to spend money on one.

CHILDREN OF MEN!!!!!!!!! It amazes me how many people have not seen this movie! Stars: Clive Owen, Julianne Moore the direction and cinematography is immersive! some of the longest scene shots with only one camera angle I have ever seen. you really feel present in the story. LOVE IT!

whenever I do a Roland webinar, they make that webinar available for viewing the next day as a youtube video.

Its not about what i would do.... but there is no way I will get the owners to make it to a webinar. I need to be able to send them a link, and then go in to their office, and make them watch it. their schedule changes from hour to hour, so setting up a time for a webinar will get me nowhere.

whenever I miss a delivery from USPS, I have to pick it up at the post office. They wont attempt a second delivery.

if FedEx or UPS were "allowed" to deliver first class mail instead of the USPS holding a monopoly on it then it would only cost 22¢ and it would get there in half the time.
