I'll give a recommendation to Summa. If you are worried about cutting depth then you should really talk to a sales rep from a local distributor and make sure it will do what you want it to.
We gave up on vinyl wrap wall installs and go the wallpaper route now instead. We subcontract out the install to local wallpaper installers. If the customer doesn't like it they can find someone else to deal with horrible vinyl wall wraps that fall off walls. We have spent and lost too much...
Assuming there is nothing physically wrong with the printer. It's most likely a profiling issue. If you use the default profiles that come with your printer or if you downloaded a profile for your printer from the media company and you are getting non neutral greys then consider having your...
If the walls are painted with low voc (hint: every indoor paint now-a-days is low voc) then I wouldn't even bother with vinyl. Go the printed wallpaper route. Just do a search on this forum for low voc and vinyl wall coverings. You will see MANY horror stories.
From my experiences,
Its dirty contact strips. But since it seems you have ruled that out... It can be from humidity build up. Sometimes adjusting the heating temperatures and fan speeds can help with this issue.
Here's a wonderful exchange I'm going though with Corel "Technical Support".

I'm curious. To those saying its a problem with the application of the vinyl and not out gassing.
In what way can vinyl be applied incorrectly to get this result? If the vinyl goes on smooth and then the next day there are bubbles. What is being done incorrectly in the application process to...
Great advise. Except its not feasible to wipe down a roll of vinyl. In cases like that return the product and explain the problem and have them pull a newer roll.
The wipe down method I hear works great for sheets of media. ACM, MDO, ect...
you might also look into replacing the rollers on the...
Its basically.

But seriously though. Its the best place on the internet that I have found to ask questions like this. Plus all the major vendors and hardware manufacturers monitor this forum. And I trust another person that actually has and uses a printer...
You have to use the outer rollers.
There is a little lever on the back for each roller that you can push down that raises it up.
All 4 rollers should be able to fit on 15" media.
Push all the rollers to the right side of the machine.
