I might change the color of the tee to white (ish). It would help to contrast from the shield and keep MULLIGANS together. With the tee that color, it it looks like two separate words "MULL" and "GANS".

We have experienced some incompatibility or lack of support for some old font types, but not a direct limit on the number of fonts. You may find limits in particular applications, but that can be overcome with "font manager" software. This type of software will speed up the loading of design...

I am not sure I understand but USB 2.0 is backward compatible to USB 1.0. If you use a USB 2.0 extrernal device in a USB 1.0 slot, it may tell you that is ill run slower, but it should run.
I believe that CasMate was bought by Scanvec (of Scanvec Amiable International or SAi). I maybe wrong, but I believe that it is something along those lines. So ultimately, you are cracking an SAi owned product. SAi's Flexi 10 would be the current software upgrade in the path. I don't know...

Yep, sounds bad. It sounds like a hard drive failure or at least data corruption (which might or might not be caused by a failing hard drive).
