Anyone know a quick fix my 25500 has givein me the 86:01 error substrate jam however their is no material loaded in the machine? I have gone over it and can't find anything?? Thanks

Check all of your settings, in Onyx and on the plotter. Maybe someone jacked with it.

We ran Cyrious for years and always felt like we were missing something, we found SignVox and love it.. Now that ShopVox is here we think it will add even more depth to how we manage our workflow. Everyone at SV is very helpful and listens to suggestions on how to make the program better.

I have uploaded the correct profiles to Onyx, when I go to print my print head is catching the edge of the material. I have the vacuum up to almost 50. Not sure what I am missing. Any one have any suggestions? Thanks

If you notice Alibaba is mostly Chinese suppliers, not that its a bad thing, however I have found communication to be a problem, and the pricing reflects large qtys. Not to mention shipping time.

It's all about the $$$ Did you sub out enough work to justify covering the cost of the truck? If not, do you have a plan to bring in more work to cover all of the costs associated with the purchase of a new truck (if all of the "big truck" work dried up could you still afford the payment)

I would not pre cut holes, just use a sharp knife.

Do you feel that you could do a better job at fixing problems then the tech? Wouldn't you be waiting for parts for a day or two? If we have problems our tech walks us through some troubleshooting and many times the problem is fixed with a phone call. If he does need to make a service call 99%...

We get the same thing with that Arlon 8000. We have a few extra rollers hanging around and just switch them out then clean off the crap.

We are looking to add to our fleet, right now running a HP 25500 60" not looking to go much wider as of now but would like to hear what everyone else is using, so we can get some good feedback.

It makes the noise while it is moving

My HP 25500 is making a terrible noise like something is grinding, when I print 38" wide and when it is cleaning the heads. Any ideas?
