pump is dead. they have a short life time with white ink. easily replaced, just a little messy. basically in and out. then bleed it. Call up canon parts. give them the part number and they'll give you a new one. i recommend asking the the brush-less option. more expensive but lasts longer.

If you print this, you’ll see how your colours will show up. If there’s sections that look muddy or just doesn’t appear to match the original photo, your icc profile is bad.

You can't just back up the ICC profile. you need to back up the "media profile" i have no exp with rasterlink but in the profile manager somewhere you should be able to export your media profile.
