I was concerned about overspray, but the inside of the cover is clean. Just looks weird running without it. :D The noise is made is not what you want to hear when you're on the other side of the room.
Does anyone run their printer without the thin plastic cover the sits over the print heads?
Mine came off today, broke around the screws, and I'm printing without it for right now.
Not sure if it serves a purpose or is just cosmetic. Thank you.
Saw is out of the question. I'm not dealing with the clean up and chances of getting pieces under lam or vinyl. Also, on occasion I'll have a good order of small squares and need to keep a consistent
cut. Looking a a Dayton 52". My concern is that there may not be enough clearance for 6mm near...
Sorry to kick an old post, but for those with a stomp shear, are you able to fit a full sheet of 6mm omega in it? Do you have clearance at the far end? Thank you.
Tired of the inconsistent cuts from my Fletcher and replacing the bushings has done little to help.
My question is, can a shear cut 6mm ACM and also coro without crushing the edge. I'd like to not use the Fletcher at all and free up the floor space.
Thank you.
On my Graphtec FC9000 I cut everything over the channel. I get nice smooth edges slowing down the blade. All straight through cuts, no perf cutting. 1/4 inch between each decal seems to be the sweet spot to keep good tension on the vinyl.
Just a heads up if you order form them to use your shipping account and request the shipping fee. I got whacked $60 for ground shipping a 5"x5"x60" box that had a feather flag. I punched in the numbers
as if I was shipping it back using UPS (they use Fedex) and the shipping was $21. Took quite a...
Wasn't my intentions to start a debate, but that's the unfortunate outcome from a simple question anymore. :( I'll look into a local recycling event or find a waste handler. Thank you.
I wasn't able to find a thread that had been started. Just wondering what you all do with waste ink? Are there any companies that handle it or do you just turn it in at recycling events?
Thank you.
Any preferences? I tried the HQMaster, they're stupid cheap and I found out why. Jammed up tight in the blade holder...avoid. I like the Clean Cut for my VG2-540, but am hesitant now to try anything other than original blades in the Graphtec. How do the Clean Cut fair?
I've looked through post and searched every combo I know and still nothing pops up on the proper way to get the clamps out. I need to replace the cutter strip and would like to get them out of the way. Any guidance would be appreciated.
I've been using Omega for years with no problems. Was just looking around on Glantz and came across the Bebond.
States 3 year outdoor to Omegas 5 year. Has anyone had any long term success with the Bebond for outdoor use?
