    If you have a good rip, and know how to use it properly, you can do what i said with no issue.

    if it isn't the lam, as mentioned above convert the grey areas to grey scale to get rid of all other color attributes.

    common issue. the UV in the wrap lam does that. we avoid it by de-saturate the grey in Photoshop to assure there's only black in there.

    See attached image. The red is the vinl, and the black is the van. Bridge it over the channel, cut on the circles. Lay in the recess.

    we install available banners over lexan all the time. Landlord says just screw into lexan. No issue.

    Mimaki is a fine art flatbed printer. Not a workhorse, and isn't meant for signshop production. Have an HP and love it. good luck.

    cut flush with the drop, and lay. If the customer doesn't want it that way, they go somewhere else.
