Whenever I use Oramask on aluminum or aluminum composite, even if it's only on there for two minutes, I can see the ghost of the film on the substrate.
I can't explain it any better than that.
I would be very reluctant to put any masking or vinyl on a two day old paint job no matter what anyone...
I would give Oramask by Oracal a try.
I think regular vinyl would lead to too much residue.
You may get unwanted adhesive on there.
I don't think automotive paint is "hot" enough to melt it but you never know.
I cut masking for a buddy who does kustom paint, and he melted Avery's mask using...

The first thing has happened at least 300 times in 28 years, the second about 200 times, the third about 20 times, the fourth about 50 times, and the last thing ad infinitum.
I think as long as you keep "Kitchen and Bath" all the same size/weight it will be fine.
Those dashes seem to make the word AND more important than it is.

I'm thinking dull blade also, or needs more force.
I've only cut Oracal, Gerber, and Calon 2 with mine.
I've only changed my blade once in two years, also.

It would work either way.
I have only done 3 sandblasted signs in 28 years and to be honest, I hate making them.
Each substrate has its own set of issues.
But I like looking at them...
