Get two sheets of aluminum composite (Alumalite, alupanel, Dibond, etc etc)
They come in black.
No use fussing with MDO and coroplast is just for temporary signs.

The only other thing I could think of
(believe me, I think of weird things like this right before I fall asleep)
is if you used the script font for the name and a simple font for the bikes & burgers.
I like it better the second way. :)

Top one looks like LHF Bell Boy, squished and slanted.
The bottom one reminds me of a squished LHF Esoteric Regular, but it's not quite it.
