    When mounting prints to acm we always when possible mount the print to a board that is bigger then the print.Then we cut the board on a sheet metal shear.Makes for a nicer looking print and you don't have to worry about lining up the print to fit the board.

    You can cut it pretty cleanly with a table saw with the right blade.Tape a stick next to the fence so the sheet does not go underneath it and kick back.Clean the edges with a de-burring tool.If they don't like the edges tell them you will give them their money back.
