  1. Recieved this from a supplier

Wrong Colorado--3M is two blocks away from you.
  2. Ai files to Corel Draw

Why switch to Corel? Your printer should be able to print what you give them. If they're bringing your files into Corel, there's more of a chance of something weird happening to the files. Bad idea.
  3. Recieved this from a supplier

    Wow.
  4. Where do you guys buy boxes?

Thanks guys I'll check those out. Glenn, we just printed directly onto kraft paper here... let the printers run overnight when they're not busy.
  5. Pulled the trigger on a Zund

I think they've changed a few things since the 90's Fred. At least I hope so! The guys that I know that run the G3 and L2500's are very happy with them. As far as the learning curve, we have off-site training at the Zund facility for a couple of days before the machine arrives, and then the...

  7. Oracal 290F - Why Forward Wound & How To Web

Probably has something to do with the amount of friction/tension is generated by the unwinding. I dunno!
  8. Scan codes on signs

We've been doing a ton of them.
  9. Pulled the trigger on a Zund

Placed the order today to beat the order rush from ISA and get it installed quicker. Hopefully we'll be up and running in the next 6-8 weeks. Life will be so much easier! :rock-n-roll:
  10. Time Flies....

I looked at a couple Carribbean islands.. and Cabo San Lucas. Decided on Turks because the water looked so nice. Flat and sandy sounds good to me--I don't plan on leaving the beach. With the phone not working and a beachside bar at the all-inclusive resort, I'll be set. A friend of mine...

    Yep.. It's basically raining ink!
  12. Oracal 290F - Why Forward Wound & How To Web

On our laminator, you can control the speed of the liner take-up reel. When we have the issue you describe we just have to slow the take-up spool down. That is a very thin liner. That's how they get it to be optically clear, though. It's all in the liner not stipling the adhesive.
  13. Where do you guys buy boxes?

We usually get them from Uline, but they often don't have the sizes we need. We ship a lot of flat, wide items, and they just don't stock them that big. I know I can do custom, but we only need a couple hundred at a time.
  14. ink spots while printing

If it's a drop of ink (usually one color, which may appear to be a dark spot as it mixes with the color underneath), it's usually due to an accumulation of ink on the head. Sometimes lint or dirt on the head will cause this. You probably need to do a good manual cleaning again. Printing on...

  17. How to archive Yahoo emails

You're using web based email, just as Roundman outlined above. The emails are stored on Yahoo's servers, not your computer. No real need to archive emails, unless you're running out of space (I think Yahoo gives you 10gb of storage for free). I have no idea how to archive web based email...
  18. How to archive Yahoo emails

Wow Photo.. Roundman asked what *client* program you're using. Not which service. You can access Yahoo mail in many ways. You are doing it in the same way that Roundman suggested, using Yahoo's servers for storage and not your computer.
  19. report joe 4/23

    This is awesome.
  20. Fellers

I ordered today at about 1:30pm.. had the order in our warehouse at 2:15. Totally unexpected, but very nice.
