1st change the Pressure/Vacuum Valve "Festo mini 2-way valve" change means.....use the LM Valve to LC place and LC Valve to LM Place and see if the issue now on LM..... Festo Valve not close correctly think thats all. Check and come back with result.

messure the transistors on mainboard "Headdriver" like 1 or 2 of them a short circuit.....thats it....be sure I mean the part is NEC4550

on mainboard you find a block auf transistors "with cooling frame" they have short circuit....iam be sure......if you like to repair them can give a contact in Milton Keynes or send it to our hand. Parts ~ 50,-€

to little information to solve it.....but on nozzletest seen very crap all...... 1st. check the voltage from PH 2nd. show its PH-heater working 3rd. perform clean jets procedure 4th you can adjust the Heatvoltage little bit higher..........write on it 20Volt......put 21.50Volt.....aso. come...

start ink load procedure.......and disconnect the inkpump motor connector (grey plugs) and wait that system ready with the inkload procedure ! or what you like to do now ?

if there any problems with inks....then all heads with same color will be in trouble.......thats not from ink. picture is very small and cant see it correct.....but seen be that full blocks of jets missing..... to check: if under the Heads is ink drops....seen be thats a airleak...check the...

in fact is possible to install LED System......but for this you need to change/modify some parts/controlls aso. Need to search some documents "Modified Inca Spyer V from Mercury to LED System.....Software dont need to change ! additional control arduino based....very easy and cheap works great...
