never hear about a service code to disable the smartcard on valuejet.....only a temporary disable function for 5 times and after restart the machine is smartcard detection on. To disable, Mutoh use a update 2 files (firmware side)

if you have not update your firmware so check the wires from easy-reset......i think you have wrong installed Change 1-2-3-4 to 4-3-2-1 and it will works ;-)

check your reservoir/float sensor.....can be thats not working and shows always full state.

The Head was 14pl standard dropsize but can work with 12pl dropsize (firing frequency electronic adjusted) this is normal !

If you change the Encoder Reader it can be solve your Problem.....but cant be guarantee ! This failure can be come from different Parts....Headboard FIFO overflow (too much data sent to Headboard, or twofew encoder pulses while printing) aso aso..... can be thats 1 or more Printhead are...

Clean up your encoder stripe and reader ! if this not fix your problem you need to be replace the encoder stripe and best directly the reader too.

think you need to clean up some.....substrate advance sensor, substrate jam reflector

onyx V7x or V10x is enough and works very good....but you need to make a new profile for your medias to become perfect output....very urgent. If you have installing problems dont hesitate to contact me. :toasting:
