It is little bit tricky.
1st run empty ink mode for the head you will change.
2nd lower service station to deepest point.
Release the 2 skrews from underside the printhead....so you can pull out the head from underside....before...cable wire from head must be disassembledand elektric off...

DX Printhead recovering is a very very tricky thing...often the nozzle plate bonding dissolves...so the ink channels mix aso.
Some of this heads we have possible recover other one not possible.... this is a long story and us final result we can say....it is not 100% possible to recover DX...
first......digiprint-supplies some things going wrong there......sell as OEM and comes China Crap aso.
Last trouble with them "told us on stock" and nothing on stock and cant send it and lie the parts are not avialable anymore.
But ordered from OEM Part after 4 days received.....And the money...
oha....fuse changing is a crap job by viper100.....you must complete open it 1.000.000 screws ;-)

beginning from RIP...use ICC-Profiles ? Grafik without ICC......then Print the file without ICC....

You run with the FB700 a stable and very easy machine.....For the FB700 alternate inks available aso.
White ink if you need usable....aso
Many features this make the FB700 to a very good choice.
But the...
can be more than 1 problem.......
1st. the thermistor are demage or give wrong data !
2nd. air pressure-vacuum vavle works not correct !
3rd. the ink profiler you use "cracked chip" gives the error so the ink counting works not correct an the ink-pumps always work.
4th. you have airleaks in...
new cap top says not thats correct working.....in your first picture you can detailed see thats not ink dropping out from the PH but you can see around the PH thats ink overflow from the Captops so the captops not clean up...always stay restink in there.
to check the captops correct working...
