Very nice - I have really become hesitant to click on race car links b/c much of it does not suit my tastes and/or looks, well, like crap. But this looks sharp. I can read it and the colors are great. The Hutch's logo could be tightened up a bit. Maybe change text color vs. all the outlines...

I would use some sort of 3 mil polymetal. One of my first signs was a 4x8 out of 040 and I warped it to the point of creasing while walking to the ladder in a easy breeze. Good luck, GP
