How do these people slip through the cracks. Customer comes in with a decal we made for his window. He says it's wrong because he wanted it on the outside of his window and he has to put it on the inside to be able to see the letters and they're backwards. Yes...he doesn't know enough to take...

Another case of "thinning the herd". Couple times a year there's a few dumb azz's that end up eating a guard rail around here doing the same little stunt. Highway ain't the place for it, especially when I have to share the road with them when I'm on my bike.

And here I sit with a 5 month supply of bug spray, citronella candles and 100 yards of mosquito netting for all the locust we were supposed to get.

People always ask us if we offer paper banners when we give them a price. "Don't you have anything cheap? Just paper is ok. We're only using it once."

The only people I need to speak with are paying customers. I don't have caller ID so we pick up the phone on every call. As soon as the person on the other end starts their spiel...Click. I don't go round and round with them and neither does the other person at the shop that answers the phone...

Try your local vendors first. Nothing chaffs me more than when I ask folks where they get their shirts from and they tell me they come from the other side of the country. I'm all about saving a buck, don't get me wrong, but at least give the local people a shot.
