If you run a cleaning is the pump operating on the yellow head? You may have a bad pump but that wouldnt explain why you cant pull ink into the dampner with a syringe.

Keep pulling..... I have never drawn ink in my 540 directly at the dampner. I have always pulled it from the cap top line through the head.

Possible you pushed air into the dampners is why. Pull ink through each head with the syringe to get the dampners full again and run a couple cleanings and try it.

Maybe a dumb guestion or I am misunderstanding but why not just put a bleed of the outside color on the decals so there is no white edge showing? I do this if no white edge is desired. Again, Maybe I am misunderstanding.

My xc 540 has starting doing something weird about every 3rd print or so. When the print first starts and the carriage moves towards the material the carriage will disconnect from the print head and then I get the carriage disconnected error. Turn off the machine, push everything manually back...

Are the cut lines on the top of the layer? The spot color named correctly? Set to convert all strokes to outlines? If you want you can send me the file and I will look at it on my end to see if something is wrong.
