If you paneled the print via clip and tile you can just right click on the panels you do not want to print to grey them out and it will only print the one panel. Not sure you can change the overlap on just one panel. I suppose if you turned off all other panels and then changed the overlap size...

Not familiar with the sp300v per sey but by chance is there a blown fuse on the board for that head? This happened to me when changing a head on a xc540. One of the little copper trace fingers folded over while inserting the ribbon cable and I didnt notice it.

Took a blank artboard in Illy and put a rectangle on it with cut contour stroke only and sent it to the cutter and same thing. one time around clockwise and turn around and make a trip around counter clockwise. As if this cutter didnt irritate me enough before this!!!

To add too it. It is cutting rectangles (as it should) but the knife goes down and cuts clockwise. Once its at the poing where it completes the rectangle it stops and turns around and cuts counter clockwise back to the begining without ever lifting the blade. Latest firmware and latest...

I pull enough ink to fill the dampner. Not sure if thats right or wrong but thats how I do it.

Hello all, For some reason my graphtec has started to do a double cut pass on everything. I am using cutmaster 4 and have never had this problem. It is set for single pass. Any ideas what would be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it isnt a static issue? I agree if your nozzle check is fine then the head is fine. Can you post a picture of your nozzle check print?

Are you sure the dampners are full? Air leak in a line maybe?I had this problem on mine and the dampner ended up not being full enough to get the ink flowing. Make sure you pull a significant amount through the cap tops in those heads. Watch for bubbles in the syringe when doing so. May be a...
