I set it close then advance the material so that the crop marks are lined up with the cutting trench/slot. Using a fingernail to push down and feel where the mark is hitting the edge. Lift the hold down up and make adjustments until they are even. Works just about every time.
One thing that...
What are your finishing options for the hems? At that 2000x800 size you could run front & back side by side - fold and hem on 64" material. Should be faster than a print - dry - align and print again if you are going to have to finish the edges anyway.
If they are too wide for side by side you...
I have a short drive to work each day and when I look around I see people hunched over their steering wheels - not looking around - scowling at nothing as far as I can see.
Then I catch myself doing the same thing, thinking about rent & payday coming up with things being real tight. I don't want...

What stood out to me with the people was no on was smiling - at all.
Maybe professionals concentrating on their jobs - or the boss told everyone to look happy and that was the best...

If it does not...
What kind of material are you printing?
I can get an end of roll message on my 1624 off 3M material with the dark colored 3M logo printed on the back. Sensor picks up the logo thinking it is the end of the sheet - and stops. Would be nice if the Mutoh firmware would ask if I'd like to continue...
I'm not sure I'm liking this, especially coming from Texas. What you are asking for is a ban on high-capacity replies.
10 rounds or less may not be enough for some here to put up an effective personal defense.
I have several semi-auto go-to snark lines that I rely on daily.
We should think this...
If you can do them for less than 1 cent each go for it - otherwise I'd have someone else weed out 200,000 circles.
I'd get up to 10,000 or so and end up drinking out of my printer's ink waste container.
