Clean the strip again. Cleaning the sensor isn't all that hard either. If it aint put back in the right spot you should be able to tell or adjust it easily. Lube the carriage rails also with 3-in-1 oil.

What software are you using to output? My Omega 4.0 has a driver for it, our Mimaki plotters here are ran by Onyx most of the time.

We apply it with our laminator, just like any other laminate or when you have to laminate with a solid color vinyl.

Yes, we use Jeremy when he is available but he is quite busy nowadays! He is a great installer, btw. I think we just called him yesterday to see if he can fit in a box truck wrap.

When I ran an Epson GS6000 one time I got a cartridge that had a bad chip. If that cartridge was inserted the machine wouldn't read any of the cartridges. I would have him pull the cartridges one at a time and see if any of the others start to show up.

I know you can't print other foils over silver medal, so I am assuming that you can't put that lam over it also. I have never seen it lift itself off of the vinyl.
