You wet apply all of your materials? Major failure there. Many vinyls cannot be used with wet apply, I bet you wet apply reflective too.

I found a close font and had to pay $59 for it, but it worked and they are happy.

Are you wiping it with a clean dry cloth? It needs to be fully dry and not moist. I've never had an issue in my 10 years of business.
