I have over 100 in my shop, but always try to keep a couple dozen extra for when I buy new products.
One use I've found is to put your 1/2" wood signs on, so you can paint the edges and not get it on the table. Also good if your building leaks to keep things off the floor.
I am pretty sure the Fire Dept will give them a violation for having it on the doors.
EDIT: Maybe not, don't know. I've just never seen anything on an elevator exterior door. My fire chief friend said he isn't sure. It's worth asking about before printing.

Yes and it happened to me before I learned about it. Oracal says to leave a 1/2" gap around the whole window for safety, however we do 1". Using a high quality vinyl helps too.
and if your sales are less than $200,000 then you are either pricing everything wrong or are the dollar tree of the sign industry.

Ask a friend, family member or the guy next door to help hold. You can use a laminator or just create a jig to hold the vinyl. There are many ways to do it by yourself, such as using something like a T-Square and laying down half at a time so you have the reach. Just be creative.
Apply it in direct sunlight and allow the perf to get warm or hot, when you stretch around the curve, pull tight to shrink wrap it. It has always worked perfect for me. If you stretch too much you will distort the holes, so be careful to pull just enough to conform to the window.
