  6. Sand Paper Grit???

If you're going to flame polish the edges, make sure not to wash it down afterwards with SLX alcohol, it will likely crack your piece along the edges. (Little tiny cracks, but very unappealing).... I'd agree with most of the others though - that if the edges aren't too bad, just sand it out...

  16. Printed, Laminated, Trimmed IJ680 - PRICES NEEDED

I am looking to see if anyone out there, especially Merchant Members, are interested in bidding on printing, laminating and contour cutting about 1.5-2 rolls of IJ680 for me per year for 5 years. The art is SIMPLE, but the ink coverage is high. It's for cop cars. We have the contract - so this...
  17. Nothing but numbers....?

I don't know if it's the language that is a problem - cause your plotter is cutting actual digits. I'd look at baud rate and transfer and packet sizes. They need to match your plotters requirements. My guess is it's trying to send too much data at once and overloading the plotter. ?? Maybe. :|...

  19. Anyone have experience with canopies?

Only problem with that is eradicating the text & white outs for graphics on a stretched frame. Unless you're just gonna do vinyl or something on a white Cooley....?
