That's too bad that it's not working for you with latex anymore. Love 201HTAP and use tons of it on our solvent/uv printers. Hope you can get it sorted out or find a replacement.

I'm not familiar with those templates, but I'm wondering if it's possible that you're using US templates and not European? That size not only seems off on scale, but shape.

I don't believe you need to use cutcontour or any spot colors for cut only to onyx cut server, do you? http://www.onyxgfx.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/ONYX11_1-Cut-Only.pdf I've also had no success using this workflow out of Corel. Not sure I tried Illustrator yet though, I just gave up.

I'm loving this so far with our i1. It's saved a ton of time and produces some pretty accurate results even on the first try.

I can't imagine paying for Rasterlink. I've been (painfully) trying to get used to it after using Versaworks for 11 years and onyx for 5. As soon as we get some profiles built in Onyx for our UCJV I'll be done with Rasterlink! Sorry, I know my rant isn't really helpful, just venting really...
