This is what we usually do, but just manually. Kiss cut the decals on the plotter, weed, then trim into singles. What kind of backslitter are you guys running? Are you happy with it?

Have you tried using the Roland Color Library? Do you have LcLmLk inks? That should help get you closer to a true grey, although they're always a challenge.

Sorry, meant to update this thread. Our white nozzles had a miraculous recovery and are now firing 100% again. Changed a couple dampers and captops and she's back up an running now so we're keeping the head in place.
