Does the white disappear when you say it changes or the over all image changes? Check the file in photoshop or what ever program you use. possible issue with the image

Change the print mode to a different material or something. see if it changed. Could be a shit ICC profile OR it's got no background in that section in the image. like someones edited the clouds wrong, example - image is a layer, no background and the eraser tool was used to clean up the clouds.

Same file type as the rest? Try resizing it and cropping it a little like 1-2 mm of a side or something and see if that works.
