what type of file are you trying to download?? i've found firefox won't let "do for all files" on certain extensions....

i create the drop shadow in photopaint, save as a jpeg, bring into composer, generate a decal cut, and print black on clear for the shadow.... but i don't think there's a way to get a realistic shadow solely in composer....

kinda looks like vag.....but distorted....if it were me, i'd use vag and stretch it.... shovel: serifs are rounded

what software are you using?? i had this issue with my super sprint years ago....found out it was the file itself.....ended up resaving the complete artwork to a separate file and sending again...that worked for me
