post a design for critique and you'll see just how complicated this industry is....

i'd never call this a "jump in and try" trade.....it's more of a "start out at a sign shop and learn what you're doing before thinking its and easy money maker".....you need to learn how to make signs...the profit will come after that....if you don't understand the basic fundamentals of sign...

why not get your signs from your clients??

i was thinking the same thing fred....that a distributor is rerolling...i've seen issues with rerolled material having a major amount of dirt...especially towards the ends of the rolls where it's be tightly wound and the dirt is actually pressed into the vinyl causing imperfections when printed...

another vote for the edge....ive only ever worked with gerber plotters and printers and i wouldn't have it any other way...they're work horses....never had an issue with them... can't help you out with the software as i run pc at the shop....

haven't had that problem with 220 or quantum.....and 220 and quantum are mainly what i print here......

thanks shovel....i've been trying to sell something different, but this is a stubborn customer...i'll take a look at that collection...hopefully something will work

seems like that's my only choice....

yea...already contacted them....they used a scan off the guys existing shirts...which is worse than biz card pic....

anyone know where i can find a roll back like this one....the customer wants this exact one, and i can't find it anywhere....
